Customer service is embedded in the way we operate, from the minute you step through the door of our Visitors Centre right through to our 2 year after sales service. We have robust systems and procedures in place to deliver excellent standards of service. To ensure we deliver on our promises to our customers we follow industry standards and our own Customer Charter.

The code that applies to you depends on the date you reserved your Legal & General home.

For reservations on or after 3rd October 2023

Then the New Homes Quality Code applies to you.

For reservations before 3rd October 2023

Then the Consumer Code applies to you.
