When we launched our first site at Buckler’s Park in 2018 we set out to raise the bar for standards in the housing industry– making trust, transparency and quality synonymous with our approach.
By building vibrant places and giving our customers the best possible experience when buying we want to change perceptions of the new build sector. Positive word-of-mouth referrals mean many of our new homeowners come from the local area, so we’re stitched into the wider communities where we’re based in from day one. We’ve donated time and money to ensure we make a positive impact beyond our own site.
One year on, we have welcomed our first residents and are on the cusp of launching our second and third developments. The feedback we receive from our buyers and existing residents have been incredibly encouraging and reminds us that we’re making a real difference to the area and to the industry.
We’re thrilled to have our work recognised by one of the most prestigious panels of judges in our sector, in a year that received a record number of entries. We’re in great company and want to congratulate all those recognised last night, especially the joint winner in our category, Apex Airspace, and the team at Inspired Villages Group (part of Legal & General), who picked up Retirement Living Operator of the Year.
It’s been an exciting and fast-paced 18 months for our team and this is a real testament to the hard work of every person on our sites and in our offices – thank you.
